Good Faith Estimate Notice
The following is a breakdown of our typical feels associated with different levels of care at our office. Of course, these estimates are subject to change, depending on the individuals needs of each patient.
New Patient Exam
- Duration: 45-90 min
- Estimated Cost: $90-$300
Note: The cost varies based on the complexity of the complaint (or complaints), necessity of x-rays, as well the extent of any treatment rendered following the exam.
Maintenance Care
This refers to care that is aimed at maintaining good spinal health, as well as addressing occasional complaints of generally mild pain. This is an optional form of care for patients whose original complaint has reached maximum expected benefit.
- Duration: Every 4-6 weeks
- Estimated Cost: $450- $700
Regular Appointments/Adjustments
Individual visit
- Duration: 15-30 min
- Estimated Cost: $40-$75
Note: Individual visits vary in price based on the complexity of the complaint, as well as the number of regions (Lower back, neck, shoulder, etc.) being treated during a visit, as well as additional therapies which may be considered beneficial.
Complaint Treatment Plan (not including cost of New Patient Appointment)
Based on the complexity of the complaint: Example: A patient with a relatively new complaint of mild-to-moderate lower back pain, with no history of significant trauma or prior episodes of back pain, would likely require much less care (and expense) to reach maximum benefit than a case of severe neck pain with pain and weakness radiating into the hands, following a high-speed car accident.
Low Complexity
- Duration: 3-8 visits over the course of 2-4 weeks
- Estimated Cost: $150-$400
Medium Complexity
- Duration: 8-16 visits over the course of 4-8 weeks
- Estimated Cost: $400-$800
High Complexity
- Duration: 16-30 visits over the course of 2-3 months
- Estimated Cost: $800-$1500
